Ordered a drink at 12:01 on the mobile app and waited 20 minutes before asking the first employee at the pickup location if my drink was made. 1st employee yells out my order to the 2nd employee making drinks by the blenders and he says he didn't get to it yet. I then wait some more and ask the 2nd employee did he make my specific drink just to make sure no one stole my drink and he says didn't get a ticket for it yet. I leave the store to go pickup food nearby and come back to see my drink still not ready. At 12:38 I order my drink again in person this time and tell a 3rd employee at the pickup location that I had to order my drink twice and I still didn't get my 1st drink so I would like them to just make my new order twice since it is the same exact drink. After showing my receipts the 2nd employee did not want to make the first drink still because he never got a ticket. 3rd employee then tells me to get a refund for my second drink. I'm now speaking to a 4th employee about a refund because for some reason I can't just buy another drink and get my first drink made also. I get a refund for one drink and I tell the 4th employee I want both drinks because of the unnecessary wait. 4th employee had to tell 2nd employee to make the drink and he finally woke up and smelled the coffee understanding the situation and I had to wait even more because he didn't make both at the same time. It took 4 different people including myself for the second employee to actually make the coffee I ordered. Employees here acting like I am trying to steal my own drink. Read moreBecame much less attractive after they reduced the seating space for unclear reasons just to 4 small tables and narrowed the hallway, which people pass through all the time on the way to the toilet. They also fence it off in the evenings even before closing time.
Most annoyingly, I came back after a month or so, and there still is some sort of fire alarm that is constantly beeping loudly (see video). The crew randomly comes and shuts it down by pressing some button - but mostly it’s on.
It’s unbelievable they just leave it like that and can’t fix it for weeks.
Maybe this is just this branch’s way to subtly encourage clients to leave as quickly as possible? Or maybe they are waiting for one of the baristas to sue them for hearing-damaging work conditions?
