Great Dragon — Restaurant in New York

The food is decent for Chinese Food in the area. My main concern is the cleanliness of the staff. I am a frequent visitor of this restaurant but on multiple occasions, after giving the benefit of the doubt, I have witnessed uncleanly behavior from the shorter employee. This includes eating and putting her hands in her mouth and then touching people's food, sneezing onto people's food and then serving, going out for deliveries and coming back and not washing her hands and then handling food, as well as touching money and then handling people's food. This is inexcusable and unsanitary for a cooking establishment, even if it is a small family owned business.

I will no longer be eating at this establishment and seriously suggest others do not either; unless they change their ways. This is a restaurant...

The best Chinese restaurant, I don’t know if the owner sold the restaurant to someone else. I have been eating in this restaurant for 5 years. From junior high school to university, the owner is a very good person. I didn't bring enough money before, so I can still pay for it on credit. The chefs are skilled, and the dishes prepared are not only delicious but also fresh. I remember five years ago the chicken broccoli in this store was only about six dollars. I have been ordering from here for years the lady there is very friendly but the delivery guy very rude I thought they were very good with being clean up until today I ordered food for my daughters because they love there chicken and broccoli over white rice and as I was serving them I found a cockroach in between the rice it was disgusting and when I called and explained the lady was very rude asked for the food back and said I shouldn’t had asked for a replacement But it would have been disgusting to actually eat from there knowing there was a cockroach in it before especially with all this COVID going around they should be way more cleaner and a observant of there foods that they cook and...
