GT Kingston Karaoke Bar — Restaurant in New York

Wish this place would close down. It brings a terrible rowdy crowd to our quiet block. We have eldery and children on this street. The crowd is noisy, drunken, loud, disrespectful. Drunk people sleep in our driveway, piss on our trees in front our homes, or at the side of our homes. Destroy property, damage parked cars. The bouncer does not tell the crowd outside to be quiet. I can hear the music all the way in my house even if their door is closed. Now imagine when people walk in and out and their door opens and closes so you hear the music even louder. There's no sound proofing at all in there. The food doesn't taste good either and is over priced for small portions. They're opening another location on Liberty Ave and I just wish they would move to that spot entirely so this business can close down and the crazy dangerous crowd they draw here would never come back to this block. I've spoke countless times to the owner but they still have not done a damn thing about the loud music and crowd. Have to call cops almost every weekend to clear out these stupid people who are fighting, yelling, screaming outside. Police don't come fast enough. The amount of times the neighbors on this block have called cops you would think that's enough to have a business shut down. People actually work, kids go to school. And they're open everyday blasting music at late hours of the night. Forget the summer time, I can never get a good night's sleep in the summer. Time to take it up with the city to have a petition going to have...

oh where do i begin…. our servicewoman wore a shirt that said “expensive and difficult” but it turns out only one of those things were true! Her attitude was quite abominable towards us, and she clearly doesn’t know the value of good customer service. It appeared she was playing the role of both bartender and Kitchen staff, which had her pissy and ready to clock out and us customers angry and ready to leave. We just returned from a funeral, and the only music they played over the speakers were sad and depressing songs. Their speaker systems were blasting annoyingly from different places in the establishment, leaving us with a distorted and appalling sound to tolerate. To add, the strobe lights were on the verge of giving all of us epileptic shock! Their bathrooms stank of bodily fluids and were so small and outdated I would’ve rather had pissed my pants. The food was good I’ll give them that. But do you know what wasn’t good? the two and a half hours i had to wait for it!! Also, our servicewoman we caught drinking on her shift!! it’s no wonder she was so slow to get our utensils and return with our food and drinks. I could’ve thrown on my apron and got my food quicker on my own!! thanks...

Pros: It wasn't busy and the food took a while, so I would think it was semi fresh and not just sitting around.

Cons: The menu prices don't reflect the correct price. I paid with a credit card and when i got my paper to sign I noticed it was almost $10 more, so I'm like on a $30 meal there's no way there's that much tax, and there's no tip required because it's takeout. When we asked the lady she said she had to ask the boss. The boss told her to tell the customers the prices aren't listed correct. I feel that's bad business, you're not listing the correct priced is false advertising, there's also a credit card fee (which I expect), so after telling them to cancel my order they did a partial refund of charges. Also on this visit the food just wasn't the quality and taste I've had in the past, while the portion size was good the taste and flavor...
