Gun Hill Deli & Grocery — Restaurant in New York

Someone fraudulently use my credit card and this establishment and the people answering the phone will not speak to me about it and are very rude. Someone charged $193 in three transactions on July 14th and or 15th. They overdrafted my account by over $200 including the overdraft fee. They tried to charge another $117 which was blocked due to them contacting me because it looks suspicious because I am in Florida. I had $40 in my account and I cannot access it now until this dispute goes through. I called to ask them to reverse the charges because it wasn't me and they were very nasty on the phone.
