Sing Fei — Restaurant in New York

If I could give the place zero stars, I would. The customer service is HORRIBLE. The man literally told us to go order somewhere else because he expected us to order within 10 seconds. He hung up twice on me. And then when I called back again, he tried to curse me out saying that I’m wasting his time and that they are too busy for this. GET RID OF THIS GUY! I am not the only one who has complained about him. Get rid of him or just close the whole store down....

China One is closed on Mondays. Was craving some chicken wings and fries but the chicken was OLD and the fries were not cooked all the way & super dry even though I had Ketchup Bbq sauce and hot sauce all over. PLUS the food gave me bubble guts afterwards! NEVER AGAIN. Tried this place twice before and definitely didn’t understand why even played myself this time around. Avoid-they SELL OLD FOOD and cost more...

The guy who answers the phone is TERRIBLY RUDE! He cursed me out in the most nastiest way. I would never order from here and that sucks because the bbq sauce is pretty good to me on the wings but other than that the food is not even all that! Yeah I’m good off the place.
