Hardee — Restaurant in New York

The food is decent..better than all the rest in the vicinity..Fried rice is too greasy. I like their mussels with black bean sauce and their salt and pepper shrimp that's pretty much all I order from here. This is the only place in this neighborhood I would order from besides maybe Egg Roll on Broadway which is 2-3 stars in my opinion...It's that these resturants don't care about what they feeding our community and to our People. So we need to do better about where we start spending our money as well..We...

The shrimp and rice were great, but the vegetables were definitely rotten: both the bell peppers and the onions. I gagged. The sweet peas seemed to be fine. My girlfriend ordered the shrimp in lobster sauce and it looked and tasted like snot. I don't know if they're overcooking the lobster or not but she was complaining so I tried it. Neither of us would order from this place again. I've had better at New Jin Shing but that has a lower rating. So, maybe it's hit or miss between Chinese...

Place is super dusty and they have the glass covered with a makeshift menu which gives me the impression they have something to hide. Food was disgusting and they could not follow simple direction on my order. I asked for an order of chicken wings and broccoli with garlic sauce over white rice. I got broccoli with nasty mushy brown sauce over white rice and wings that chopped up and tasted like straight flour. Food tasted old and they of course messed up...
