Brooklyn Public Library - Saratoga Branch — Attraction in New York

Pretty chill library. Could use newer and better books but this is a local library were talking about. You can use there laptops for to to two hours. Or if you bring your own then for as long as you want. They have outlets on the tables to charge your laptop too. Free wifi here. No need for a pin number if its your own laptop or tablet. If you need to use wifi and they are closed go a block down to the dunkin donuts. This library has weird non constistant hours...

In my early days as an AmeriCorps member in New York, I made the rounds at some library afterschool programs. This a lovely place with nice facilities. I wasn't familiar with the transit networks. I found the trains to be more *direct, but they were generally elevated and not the best for carrying bags of activity supplies. I mapped out nearby bus routes. Nice place, staff is nice, made some changes since last year on how the security guard acted. Updated computers, even activities to do on specific days! The laptops are also touch screen which is a plus. If you look on their images on their site branch you would be amazed at how much they changed from 2000 brick monitors and computers to 2014 - 15 computers. I even made a friend with a staff. But the computers are slow some times....
