Beautiful Oasis of greenery , well maintained landscape of grass, trees , playground equipment, exercise areas in the middle of Ocean Hill in Bedford Stuvesant. Fun for Kids of all ages with age appropriate ▶️ play areas for little and older children as well as an exercise area for young and old including adults. Swings for toddlers, basketball court and plant of benches to relax and enjoy the quiet and beutiful scenery. One can forget you are even in New York City and although not Hugh like Prospect or Central Park it is still a small Oasis from the noise and hectic pace of the concrete jungle. Something for everyone including peace and quiet. I highly recommend, a must see to appreciate the attention to detail that makes this a great park. PS: No pets allowed.

I like this park. It needs some work from the parks department. It needs the grass cut and kept low, there's lots of mosquitoes especially to the front of the park. Its a great place to hang out on a weekend. There was even a jazz band playing that evening. Thank to the shady trees around you don't have to worry about the sun.But it's quite unkept. I hope the parks department will consider upkeeping these areas. This is the summer. We need places like these to hang out with our kids, friends, and even to take time out for ourselves.

I selfishly love this place. Like I don't wanna share pictures, but here's a few :-) I think of it as Bed-Stuy's Grammercy Park except it's not residents-only. It's open to the public! It's so green and clean. Just a heads-up to parents, while this park is super small children friendly (playground, rubber mats), pets aren't allowed here.

This park is a gem in a lovely area of Bed-Stuy. Very clean. Kind and courteous people were quietly sitting on the clean benchs. The public toilets were sparkling clean (for a public toilet). The kids had a grand time playing on all of the equipment there which was also in excellent condition.

Highly recommended for young children - yet for the teenagers and interested folk - there is an asphalt "court" for basketball and other sports.

A treasure of a place to be enjoyed by the public.

Thank...
