So, I took my girl out on a date here. The place was small but comfortable. Seats about 20-24 people. A good spot for a date night.
Felt it was pricey for what we got. We shared everything. The food was ok but honestly there just wasn't anything we tasted that we would have to come back for.
She ordered the perfect martini which was pretty good. I got the boulevardier then just a ginger beer. The Bourbon drink was okay but I enjoyed the ginger beer better plus it was less than half the price lol
We shared their: anchovies on toast and butter marinaded beets, grapefruit and horseradish braised endive, mussels and hazelnut Swordfish, creamy potatoes, fennel and salsa Verde Poached pear, creme anglaise, pistachio and chocolate
Sadly, out of all of it.... think our favorite thing was the anchovies on toast which was pretty pricey. So $14 for 2 crostinis with seasoned butter and anchovies... Ouch
I wasn't a fan of the beets dish, least favorite... The mussels and endive dish was pretty good. The swordfish dish was ok but upsetting that my favorite part was the potatoes and not the fish. The dessert was ok but I wouldn't get it again.
The staff was great. Always available and quick to help, serve, clear... Just pricey for not liking most of it... For just the 2 of us we burned $160 plus tip... If I enjoyed the majority of the food, I think it would have been a good price point....feel like this was certainly more hype than...

Dining at this restaurant was an experience of contrasts. The food was absolutely exquisite, showcasing thoughtful preparation and flavors that delighted with every bite. The service added to the charm, with staff exuding a genuinely positive vibe that made us feel welcome and well-cared for.
The ambiance was a mixed bag. While the choice of music was excellent and added a lively touch to the atmosphere, the volume was overwhelmingly loud. Coupled with a tightly arranged seating layout, it created an environment where every table seemed to be shouting over one another. At times, the noise level resembled a rowdy baseball field, with extreme laughter echoing as if it were staged.
Suggestions for Management:
Consider lowering the music volume to create a more balanced and enjoyable environment. If the noise issue persists, perhaps place a polite sign encouraging guests to be mindful of their surroundings due to the intimate space. Ultimately, guests come for the experience, and the atmosphere plays a vital role in that.
That said, the food and service were undeniably superb, making this a restaurant worth revisiting—hopefully with a more serene dining...

The menu is thoughtfully crafted with a focus on fresh, locally sourced ingredients. I started with the roasted beet salad — vibrant, flavorful, and beautifully presented. For the main course, I had the grilled ribeye steak, cooked to perfection with a mouthwatering char and served alongside creamy mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables. My partner chose the seared scallops, which were tender, buttery, and paired wonderfully with a light citrus sauce.
Service at Hart’s was exceptional. The staff were attentive without being overbearing, knowledgeable about the menu, and offered excellent wine recommendations that paired perfectly with our meal.
The dessert was a delightful finish — the chocolate lava cake was rich, gooey, and just the right amount of indulgence.
