Hillside Gourmet — Restaurant in New York

I ordered from here today at 10:10 am and they said it would arrive between 11:00 am and 11:10 am so I waited and then 11:30 am came still no food so I called the place and the lady said the order was out.. 5mins later the food came. I ordered 2 bacon egg and cheese with avocado on rolls and one with ketchup that was not on the sandwich and it was VERY COLD..THEY GAVE ME POPPY SEED ROLLS THAT I DID NOT ASK FOR LIKE SERIOUSLY WHAT IF SOMEONE HERE WAS ALLERGIC TO SEEDS!!! ALSO ALMOST BIT INTO THE SKIN FROM THE AVOCADO THAT WAS COOKED IN MY EGGS!!! THIS WAS JUST RIDICULOUS MY 3 YEAR OLD WAS ALSO EATING THIS SANDWICH WITH ME WHAT IF SHE WOULD CHOKED? Inconsiderate workers at hillside Gourment. My daughter asked a Mexican woman worker today for help about getting something from the pool when it was closed. She told my 10 year old daughter go ask Bobby and don't bother me I don't work here. ( However you do work here just in the hillside snack Gourmet) So asking her for help was not a far reach. Poor choice of words I think. We were guests so as you can imagine my daughter had not idea who bobby was and come back crying thinking her favorite pair of shorts would never be recovered. Fresh bagels made daily; hands down best bagels in the area. The food is a bit pricey, but the service is great and the employees are nice. I order from Hillside twice a week and spend about $13 each time. If you are willing to pay a few extra dollars for superior breakfast, then Hillside is a great option.
