28 Strands — Local services in New York

This is my 2nd review of 28 Strands and it just keeps getting better. I just had the best hair treatment of my life!! To say it was great is an understatement - the new head spa services are just DIVINE!! Jessica performed the Melt Away treatment and just as the name suggests, all my worries melted away! Not only was it pure bliss and so relaxing, but a very effective and results oriented treatment to improve scalp health. It was just heavenly and I can’t wait to go back again. If you’re looking for a little R&R with beautiful results, book your head spa treatment with Jesica or Jodi ASAP. You won’t regret it!

Jessica is simply the best! I’ve been going to her for over a year and each and every visit (which happens to be weekly) is the favorite part of my day. I went in asking for ashy blond highlights, cause my current highlights were more on the yellowish copper side and grew out about 3 to 4 inches

Left with redish orange tone hair on the crown of my head that didnt match the rest of my hair on the bottom that had blond highlights.

I spent $170.

I dont leave with 1 highlight in my hair other then the highlights I came in with that they ashed out

When I went back in to see if she was willing to fix it, she said she dont work for free (Jessica). Im offended but not supprised. She was argumentative, I explained I dont want to argue, try to understand the color in my head I never asked for and it dont match the rest of my hair and Im unhappy with it.

Telling me the crown of my hed is not redish.. When I have photos that are clear as day.. Of before and after.

Total wash.. A waist of $170
