I recently purchased a watch for a family member from Gerald Peters, and I felt I had to write a review of the particular Buyer I worked with, Anna. Anna and I had been in contact for over a year or so, discussing various Rolex models. She was incredibly patient and helped me settle on the ideal model for the family member I would be gifting it to. I really appreciated how transparent Anna was throughout the whole process, particularly in regard to wait times. This was quite refreshing, as I have had negative experiences with other stores before. She kept in constant contact with me, and gave me routine updates. I could not have asked for a smoother process from start to finish, and I am looking forward to my next watch purchase with Anna and Gerald Peters.

I just purchased a watch for another family member from Gerald Peters, and wanted to take a moment to highlight how helpful Anna was during this entire process, again! I wanted to do something special for the college graduation of a close family member, and settled on a Lady-Datejust. Anna and I had been regularly chatting after I purchased a different Datejust from her last year, and she mentioned that I could place an order for the particular model that I wanted. Similarly to last time, she went above and beyond for me, and helped me pick out the ideal bezel and dial combination. Anna was clear about how long the entire process might take, and provided me with routine updates. The entire experience was seamless, end-to-end. As I mentioned in my last review, I had a pretty negative experience with my old AD that I had been working with for years, so working with Anna has been incredibly refreshing. This is the only place Iâll be purchasing watches from in NY going forward. Weâre currently working on my third watch from the Gerald Peters team (the big one, for my wife) and Anna is leading the charge for me, yet again. I cannot recommend this...

I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Richard at Gerald Peters, and I must say that his service was exceptional. I visited the store with the intention of purchasing a Rolex Submariner, a watch I had been wanting for a long time. However, due to its popularity and limited availability, the model was out of stock.
Richard went above and beyond to assist me. He patiently listened to my requirements and understanding my passion for the Rolex Submariner, he suggested putting me on the waiting list. He explained the process in detail and assured me that he would do his best to secure one for me as soon as possible.

   Read moreI took my watch there for a repair. It was a gift that I hadnât worn and unfortunately the battery died. I brought it to them to check it. The First Lady told me it would be ready in two days. Then a second person came out and said a week. Fast forward itâs 11 days later and they havenât called me to tell me itâs ready (as agreed on). I contacted them and they said sorry for the delay and asked to give them another week. Trying to give more time, I went to pick it up a week and a half after they told me it would officially be ready. I get there and my watch is not ready. They make me wait approximately 35 mins which gave me the major hint that they were switching the battery right then and there. They finally give it to me and I paid and walked out. When Iâm on my way to my car, I open the bag where they put my watch just to find it deeply scratched (potentially from the tools they used to open the battery cap) and it was not even closed all the way. I went back and tried to talk to the person that was in charge and he only directed me to the same lady that took my payment. I told her what happened, she didnât even apologize and tried to brush it off as if it was my mistake and they were helping me. I had to wait AGAIN.
