Sakana Sushi and Hibachi Steakhouse is truly an extraordinary gem, easily surpassing all expectations and setting a new gold standard for dining experiences. From the second you step inside, you're immediately immersed in an atmosphere that's equal parts vibrant and elegant. The décor is modern yet inviting, perfectly complementing the dynamic energy that fills the room. Whether you’re there for a casual meal or a special occasion, Hibachi Returns creates an unforgettable environment.
The real magic begins when the chefs take the stage. These culinary artists don’t just cook—they perform with a level of skill, precision, and flair that’s nothing short of captivating. Watching them expertly slice, dice, and cook your meal right before your eyes is a mesmerizing experience. They engage the audience with jokes, tricks, and fiery spectacles, making the entire meal feel like a celebration. Every single course is a work of art.
But let’s talk about the food—it’s simply divine. Every bite is a flavor explosion, from the succulent, melt-in-your-mouth steak to the freshest seafood grilled to perfection. The sauces are exquisite, adding layers of flavor that take the dishes to the next level. Even the fried rice, often overlooked, was a star on its own, packed with rich, smoky flavors that left me wanting more. The attention to detail in each dish is astounding.
On top of all this, the service is impeccable. The staff makes you feel like royalty from start to finish, always attentive and going above and beyond to ensure everything is perfect. They strike the ideal balance between being professional and friendly, which made our visit feel even more special.
Hibachi Returns is not just a restaurant—it’s an experience. Every moment, from the entertaining chef performances to the world-class food and superb service, was pure perfection. This is the kind of place that turns a simple night out into something extraordinary. If you’re looking for a dining experience that will leave you in awe, this is the place to be. I can't recommend it highly enough! And I would especially like to give a shout out to a worker over there by the name of Eric, he was a kind and gentle soul, easily guiding me and my group and making sure our experience was nothing...
Read moreI made a mistake of choosing this restaurant to celebrate my daughter‘s 14th birthday. While the food is decent, the service is horrific. I made reservations for 8 people ahead of time and brought cake. The moment we walked into the restaurant, I felt very negative vibes. The staff does not smile, not polite, our waitress was very abrupt, cold, indifferent and just not what you would expect at a place like this, especially when we are there for a celebration. Every time someone would order something like an extra drink, or an appetizer, she would get annoyed. The hibachi chef was very low energy, it seemed like he didn’t really want to be there. When it was time to bring out the cake, the waitress brought out the cake with a candle, placed it in front of my daughter and walked away. Nobody sang happy birthday like they usually do at hibachi restaurants, no acknowledgment of the reason we’re there, nothing special was done. Our group just sang happy birthday to my daughter and that was it. The next time I saw our waitress was when she came by and slammed the bill down in front of my face. It felt very rushed, like they wanted us out of the restaurant. At that point, we were only there for an hour and a half, and the restaurant was half full. What’s the rush?! If you’re trying to make someone feel special and celebrate them, please do yourself a favor and don’t come here. This is not the right establishment. With so many choices of restaurants on the island, this one completely failed our expectations. What’s even more disturbing was they added 20% gratuity charge to the bill. I would have given it anyway, but at least provide good service to match automatic gratuity. Very disappointing. We will not...
Read moreNot bad, The salad dressing is akin to McDonald's special sauce (Mayo & Ketchup) ? Soup is similar to Arirang but has beef bullion in it for some unknown reason ? Has potential, failed to reach it ? IMPORTANT UPDATE : IT'S MUCH COLDER THAN ICELAND IN HERE ! I ASKED THEM TO TURN THE HEAT UP TO AT LEAST 30° ? WE'RE DROPPING OVER $300 IN HERE THE LEAST THAT COULD HAVE BEEN DONE IS TURN TO THE HEAT UP AT LEAST CLOSE TO A COMFORTABLE DINING ATMOSPHERE ? THE NICE PORTLY GIRL IN THE FRONT TURNED THE HEAT UP AT OUR REQUEST, HOWEVER THE THE BIG SKINNY CHINESE GUY, KEPT TURNING IT DOWN ? HE WAS WEARING A GREEN COURDEROY COAT INSIDE THE RESTAURANT ? I REALLY DON'T UNDERSTAND OTHER THAN THAT THEY ARE JUST BEING REALLY CHEAP ? 🐵🤓😤🥶 In response to your reply, I, personally had a direct visual of the thermostat less than 15' and an unobstructed view, and coming from a rather large family are more than familiar with what a thermostat battle looks like ! The maitre D turned it up 3 times, and the tall chinese kid in the "thick corduroy coat" turned it down three times. FYI To the right increases the heat, to the left decreases the heat. Case in point, if it had been comfortable or even reasonably adequately heated, then why the hell was the only guy that kept turning down the heat wearing a thick green corduroy coat ? The food was good, and we are American eat in paying customers that were there for the entire Hibachi experience. Why screw it up due to one young ignorant employees frugal...
