VERY UNPROFESSIONAL & HORRIBLE PATIENT CARE!!! I made a late appointment to see Dr.Ferzli and as soon as I made the appointment his staff was harassing me for days to come in earlier than my scheduled appointment "because the doctor doesn't have any patients between my appointment and doesn't want to wait!" So I refused to come in early because of my work schedule and insisted to come in the time I SCHEDULED! The day of my appointment they called me an hour before my scheduled appointment and told me if I don't come in earlier the doctor is going to leave and I have to reschedule. I argued with the receptionist on why she would make me an appointment at that time to begin with if the doctor is planning to just leave whenever he wants and not wait to see his patients!! All she could answer is sorry it's not in my hands I don't do scheduling!! I was completely OUTRAGED they scheduled me an appointment at a certain time and just because Dr. Ferzli decided he didn't want to stay and wait for his later appointment he just left!! I mean how UNPROFESSIONAL can the doctor and the staff be?? He didn't even bother with patient care, he was only concerned about his personal interests!!! I immediately cancelled my appointment and scheduled an appointment with Dr. Alan, and I have to say the difference in patient care is like night and day! All the staff wanted to do was accommodate my schedule and see what works best for me!
