my kids and grandkids treated me to a birthday lunch. the disappointment after receiving it was beyond words. the food arrived unappetizing and not the right temperature. the personal pizza was cold and soggy and slid to the side of the box orange juice was hot cheesecake looked like someone sat on it or puked into the container. it was also warm while I did not expect it to come wrapped in extravagant packaging, the way it arrived was definitely not acceptable. while I understand it was a hot day but its not like the delivery was that far! only 11 short blocks ! I told my kids its was amazing but when they saw the pics they told me I wasnt being honest about it. And they are right. i didnt want to upset them. I emailed spoons and pessy replied. i sent her pics and described in short what the issues were. she asked for my phone number and I provided it a few weeks passed and I still didnt hear from anyone so I sent a follow up email. still no response and no call. as of today it is almost 2 months since I emailed them and noone even cared to reach out to me. extremely disappointed! I waited to post a review to give them a chance rectify the situation but as of today NADA!

Not the first time I’m not happy with the restaurant, I order from them again (of course I regret now )and this time they charge me on some thing I didn’t even get and when I called them to confirm to take it off my order they don’t even answer it’s maybe the fourth time I called and still didn’t even receive a call back not to mention the food wasn’t that good and was served cold! Taste so cheap with no quality I can make much better at home! worst restaurant ever will not come back ever , I wish I could put zero stars but unfortunately to put a review I have to put one.. Highly recommended!!This place is AMAZING!!!

The staff are highly attentive and efficient. The food is fresh and tasty. The place is always clean and comfortable. The prices are excellent. Best bang for your buck by far in Borough Park.

Case point: The breakfast special. Several slices of your choice of bread, butter, coffee, hash browns, your choice of eggs and salad, all served on beautiful china and no mandatory tip. For how much? About 8 bucks!!! You cannot get a better place than this! Such a meal elsewhere would easily cost $20 plus gratuity.
