Taco Bell — Restaurant in New York

I want to explain the reason that each of these categories got one star food is never correct either portions are incorrect or you can order something and let's say add an option and then you don't get what you originally asked for or the option they constantly make mistakes that they don't care to really fix too much every now and then someone might try to add something onto your meals that you don't make a complaint their Wi-Fi never works and nobody speaks proper English whatsoever to have a conversation or to have an understanding of what it is with your food or a mistake that was made is fairly impossible this is by far the worst Taco Bell in Brooklyn possibly the worst in New York City and the ice machine don't work so you can't even get a cold drink on top of that it seems like they really don't want you to eat in the restaurant cuz if you come during the summer time the AC is not turned on it's like way too hot inside it's almost like they want people to leave the restaurant as quickly as possible today when it's a colder day for the first time ever I walk in and it's freezing I have to put on a jacket so it's obvious that they're adjusting the temperature in the dining room so that people don't stay in to eat the workers seem bothered by the fact that they're here working or that you're asking for food they really just prefer to collect their hourly rate and not be bothered they make it so that you don't want to come in they constantly make mistakes so people don't want to come back and again there's nobody to talk to or complain about an issue because no one...

This place and the manager is absolutely the worst. If I could give it zero stars I would I am not sure what type of training the manager has received at this establishment. I was in the store and a young girl came in apparently she had a job interview she even showed the lady at the counter who said she was the manager. The lady then told her they were not hiring despite the website setting her up for the interview. On top of that when the young girl asked for her name and told her that she doesn't understand why the website would set her up with an interview when they weren't hiring the lady said to her you are looking for a job with that attitude? The little girl was calm and polite and unlike these other kids came dressed for the interview in black slacks and a blouse, very professional. I'm sorry this young black female had to experience this at such a young age, so discouraging 😞 I hope the hiring manager sees this post and replies I went out and spoke to the girl and got her name if someone above the manager responds to this I can provide it, I am a hiring Manager for a wireless company unfortunately the girl is only 17 so I cannot employ her. I tried to give this location a chance being that they are still fairly new but the customer service is just horrible. My first time going here the cashier knew very little on how to work the register and I had to use the kiosk instead. The manager is also clueless and looks like he hires a bunch of young people that don’t know what they’re doing. There’s a male employee there wearing a Durag as a belt to hold up his pants. Just unprofessional. The food always looks sloppy and there’s never enough workers on shift so be prepared to wait a while for your food. The icing on the cake was when I ordered online one day for my mom and went inside to pick it up, the manager told me my online order wasn’t showing up on their computer therefore he couldn’t make my order. I’m clearly showing him that it said it was being prepared and he wouldn’t even offer to make me the order. Just kept saying there was nothing he could do and to cancel the order. Which I couldn’t because it said the food was already being made. My mom was upset and so was I. Very unprofessional, unorganized Taco Bell. The WORST I’ve ever been to!!!
