Staff was courteous and polite.
But there was food all over the counter … Crumbs everywhere …all kinds of meat stuck all over the meat slicer ..there was just a big mess everywhere . The server that helped me asked what kind of sandwich I wanted ..Another woman started to slice the meat that went into it , and when it was all done he just stood there and stared at me and said OK ? I guess he was trying to ask me what I wanted on it ..and I said I don’t want mayonnaise do you have mustard ? He said fine and he squeezed a whole glop of mustard on 1/2 of the bread . And he said OK again , and I said can you spread it out ? I don’t really want to swallow a whole glop. He kept shaking the bread up and down trying to get the mustard to move. Finally the young girl that told him to use a knife …but the knife was dirty… so she instructed him to wash it ,and he dipped into a basin of water. I don’t think the servers eat sandwiches.. and they don’t seem too familiar with making them either… They seemed quite overwhelmed and I blame Jersey Mike’s...
Read moreFirst time I went here I was unfamiliar of the place. The inside looked pretty clean and the atmosphere felt welcoming. I've heard about Jersey Mike's on TV but I never been inside the place. Somebody recommended it to me, so I decided to try it out. Their prices were little steep for sandwiches 🥪. So I decided to choose regular size. Some chips, a drink and a cookie. Also a tip. The whole thing cost like $19. I went to a park to sit down and try it out and the sandwich was a little soggy and fallen apart.😔 I didn't like it at first because the sandwich size was like half a sub. There was only one woman who is making the sandwich for me when I ordered. It's not her fault but she was doing her job. If you want to come here be my guest but I recommend stores and restaurants for a long sub sandwich rather than this. 👍 They didn't taste bad.👍 I just didn't like how...
Read moreI have been a regular customer, frequently ordering sandwiches from this establishment. However, during my latest visit, I experienced significant issues that have led to serious concerns.
After consuming my usual sandwich, I suffered from food poisoning, which raises questions about the current food preparation standards and employee training. Additionally, while my sandwich was being prepared, I observed one of the female employees engaging in a personal conversation with a customer, who appeared to be a friend, sharing photos on her phone. While friendly interactions are acceptable, such distractions during food preparation are unprofessional and potentially hazardous.
This incident has made me question the establishment’s commitment to food safety and customer well-being. I hope management addresses these concerns promptly to prevent future...
