Jimbo's Hamburger Palace — Restaurant in New York

I ordered two sausage egg and cheese platters with grits instead of potatoes. They put the grits in the platter instead of putting on the side because it's a liquid. By the time I recieved my food it was all over the place disgusting and looked like dog food. I called the restaurant to explain to them what happened and that my food looked terrible and the lady who picked up the phone tells me I have to call uber eats since I ordered it from uber eats. I explained to her I should not have to call uber eats for the preperation of the food. I should call uber eats if I have a problem with the delivery the food. She told me there was nothing she can do about my order that came from her restaurant. So I kindly got dressed drove down to the restaurant which I shouldn't have had to do and tossed the food on the counter to show them how disgusting it was and demanded they make me a new plate. And when I got there the guy behind the counter was still trying to explain to me how I'm wrong by saying I should've requested it in a cup. Common sense should have you know NOT to place a liquid such as grits in a platter and expect it to be ok. But I guess common sense is not...

I’ve been going here for the past year since i moved here . What i notice first is the bad smell of wet rag , or just a bad smell in General ! Please send inspector in there! This is being written because i have been a weekly customer since I’ve moved here , I ALWAYS BRING MY SMALL DOG WITH ME! Which i carry on my arms when order and leave ! Today i was told i can’t bring my dog inside anymore . If that was the case why wasn’t i told this from the day i walked in with my puppy . I will never come here again, neither should you. Stopped in for a quick breakfast here. It’s clearly a favorite local spot for cheap but quality food as it was fairly busy with eat in clientele as well as delivery orders. It was clean and well lit and we seated ourselves. We were quickly greeted by a server who took out orders.
