The food honestly was not good. I donât think I will be going back to this hibachi/buffet because the rice and noodles werenât that hot and most of the other food unless recently placed wasnât as hot as other buffets. I donât know if It was sitting for a while and I understand itâs a buffet but itâs a good thing to keep in mind. Some of the food was bland such as the shrimps and the cheese wontons were unnecessarily sweet. Also I donât know whatâs up with the general tysos chicken but there was a huge chunk that just looked suspicious. I donât know what big a** chicken it came from but I didnât enjoy it. The flavor of the sauce was good though. The calamari was salty. The fish was salty. The fries were salty and hard. The garlic bread was giving garlic flavored bricks. The price for lunch is $11.99 which ends at 3. And dinner is 16.99. The drinks are also about $2.50 but they are completely watered down and the orange crush tastes bitter. If you want to order to go itâs $6.99 a pound for buffet food. If it includes seafood itâs $7.99. I didnât actually try the hibachi so I donât know what it tastes like but the cook seem like he was getting lit there so maybe it taste good đ. For the people that are going there to buss down some seafood please be aware that no seafood other then stuffed shrimps and some bland looking fish is placed for lunch. If you want seafood itâs better to go for dinner. One thing I did not agree with was a sign saying if you donât finish all the food on your plate because you took a lot..youâll be charged extra. Me personally I left a lot and was not charged more but thereâs a possibility they might do it to you. To end on a good note the music there was good in my opinion and the atmosphere was nice. Thereâs also some dessert that looks like a pound cake/cheesecake (itâs looks like a triangle) and itâs really good. But I wouldnât go back just for that so I wonât...
Read moreOn this Unthanksgiving Day during National Family Week, my family chose a Hibachi restaurant. The decor was nice the staff was friendly, and they had a wide selection. However, the banana pudding looked rather soupy, Which made me rather upset because that is my favorite dessert. But I wasnât touching that! Also a concern was that it was a hibachi restaurant without the bells and whistles. Correct me if Iâm wrong, but isnât part of the whole hibachi experience being wildly entertained by a masterful chef who engages the patrons in preferably minimal small talk, while preparing the food in front of our eyes? Arenât we supposed to âoohâ and âaahâ with excitement as the chef tosses our food up in the air amidst the tall, orange flames? Thatâs what I was looking forward to. We didnât see none of that. For me, thatâs where the restaurant lost all the stars! We were bored. However, to the restaurantâs credit, I did see a small little stand in the corner next to the buffet labeled Hibachi, like it was a lemonade stand. But nobody was there the entire time we were there. In addition to this, the silverware was barely silver, as it was faded and outdated. Why was there just one utensil wrapped in a napkin? Isnât there supposed to be three â a fork, a spoon and a knife? Well, all we got was the scratched up fork! The best thing about this experience was spending it with my family who was in New York from out of town. On this Unthanksgiving Day, I was thankful to my cousin who gifted us with...
Read moreSome of the food was what to be expected with a buffet, people bear in mind cooks are constantly back there cooking to provide to an alllll you can eat. Dessert and fruits need to have more selection. No ice cream at an all you can eat?! I mean childroom memories full of that. The pricing is ridiculous thereâs no set price apparently. They donât show no where on this Google review or menu that drinks is an extra charge; they have free refills though. They donât say holidays are extra. Also the price has been all over the place one day itâs 21 another day itâs 26 some days itâs 19 like cmon now? Make it make sense. Dining setup could have alil more thought out into it but does feel like nostalgic. Service dog friendly!! Overall put more thought and display all surcharges, charges whatever on the menu. Ohh the Ribs trash please add lots more seasoning and SAUCE! USE SEPARATE UTENSILS FOR SEAFOOD AND REGULAR FOOD, YALL GON CATCH A LAWSUIT LIKE THAT. HAVE TWO SEPARATE GRILLS FOR THE HIBACHI Iâm allergic to shrimp and someoneâs shrimp ended up in my food Iâm...
