Absolutely bad customer service! I called this morning to place an order for delivery..20 minutes go by and I get a call from the place from the same lady that took my order and she says the delivery person doesn’t know where my address is at. I respond what does she want me to do and she has the audacity to say to pick up my order or cancel it. First off if I was able to pickup why would I ask for delivery in the first place, second how dare she tell me to cancel simply because the deliver person doesn’t know how to find an address!! I still ask her if he can’t look up the directions on his phone or something to which she says his phone doesn’t work ! How is he even allowed to do deliveries if his phone isn’t working or better yet why is he doing deliveries if clearly he doesn’t know his way around the neighborhood without having to use maps !?!!? I ended up cnacelling my order, I couldn’t believer after waiting 20 minutes they want to call and tell me this bs !!
And this lady that answers the phone is not meant to be doing this job. She is very slow and seems to have trouble hearing.
PLEASE HIRE BETTER PEOPLE LIBERTY...

Also wanted to let the owner know one of your regular customers, who you gave a little leeway to as far as pouring his own coffee, has now taken full advantage by doing it without a mask on while talking on the phone over the sugar. After that, he proceeded to not stand in front of the partition and pay but go around without a mask and stand right in front of the lady at the register and ask how much. You could tell she felt uncomfortable but who wants to get into a argument over that so I don’t blame her for not telling him to stand back. It would be great if you would look at the camera today, 12/11, at around 9:30 am so you can inform this gentleman it’s not ok to act like this. I did not really seen the sign to well but at a quick glance I think it said something like "don't ask" which I thought was very uninviting but whatever there company there rules... I thought it was mandatory to have a working bathroom especially when serving food or drinks? it's 100% natural to have to use the bathroom after eating and drinking so even though I did not get anything because of my rush to find a bathroom isn't that a inconvenience for people who did eat there today? Thankfully there was a restaurant down the block where I was able to eat and freshen up before I got back on the train.
*It's so hard to find a "rest stop" in NYC like other states so many local businesses with not much thought or concern...
