Ordered over the phone and watched them start making our order when we got there 15 minutes later, was overcrowded and everyone that was there got their food before us, and our food was made wrong.
We were running late for a train we needed to make and finally got our food 40 minutes after it was ordered. When we finally got to open our food to eat it, the order was wrong. They gave us beef when we asked for vegan chicken, so not even close to what was ordered. This isn’t the first time an order has been wrong when we’ve gone here and they never seem to make anytime within a timely manner. Read moreThis place was amazing, but it has fallen down on standard. The food used to be premium, I mean the chop cheese was tasty and done right, the bun moist and delicious. The big breaking point was that the chopped cheese was served on a sesame bun. Insane! I will not go back. I used to be able to see the kitchen as the chefs cooked, but now you cannot see anything. The server wears gloves, but he touches the food, phone and money with the same glove🥴Do not like that at all. Not impressed, not...

Two day's ago one of the guys put in way to much sugar, & today another guy put none in at all. Asking for half & half, & sugar is not difficult to understand. I asked how much the Whole Wheat Bread is that they sell, & the guy there told me $4.00. That was a big no. I know prices have gone up, but I have boughten it at regular grocery stores for $2.50 top's. That is also grocery stores in Manhattan where I live now. Johnson Deli is overpriced. I have also gotten the coffee that's a large for $1.25. Not $2.00 which is what...
