Joy Kitchen — Restaurant in New York

I moved to the area in December, and I’ve been meaning to post a review. I ordered from here a few times for fast food. Loved the food, but I can’t get past the lady that treated me so bad when I asked to use her shovel to get my car out of a parking spot. I get that she said no, but the way she did it was yelling nooooooo and she started speaking her language to her co-worker. Super rude. I care about customer service anywhere I go and I’m a really good customer to businesses that treat people with respect. I travel for my Chinese food now. Their lose not mine. Fix her attitude. This place is terrific. I don’t eat out frequently, but when I do I come to Joy’s with my girlfriend.

I read some previous reviews and I don’t understand people’s sensitivity sometimes because Joy and Lou and so friendly and affable. If you want Chinese take-out then it’s a solid place to come through.
