Kennedy's Chicken & Grill — Restaurant in New York

This is the worst place to order food. I ordered 3 times from them thinking is was just a simple mistake but every time I ordered it was wrong. They do not follow directions and can't even put a simple napkin in the bag. Their food is old and does not taste good and looks like it been out for a while. And when you try to contact the place, the people are rude and nasty and have no respect for their customers. They can care less of the customers concerns and at the end just hang up the phone in my face. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM YOU WILL...

I ordered from here through a third party (grubhub). Which is where it started! 1. They named themselves Chrispy's Chicken and Grill. Trying to disguise themselves as an upscale Chicken place. 2. I order a 9 piece buffalo wings WET that comes with one blue cheese and celery. They were dry as hell and weren't hot at all. Like the cheap frozen wings you get from the corner Bodega. 3. Cold and under cooked!! The blu cheese tasted like something from another planet. The nerve to charge me $25.03 SMH and took 46 minutes till it arrived....

Their Chicken Over Rice is not authentic Halal. Chicken was blend and rice was not long grain or basmati. Green pepper was practically raw and this costed me $8.00 (soda included) which is still dollar more than the usual price.

I've had $6 chicken over rice ten times better than this couple blocks away. Using practically no seasoned chicken was quite a big shock to me. This Kennedy chicken location seriously need to step up their chicken...
