KFC — Restaurant in New York

It was a bad experience to order online. I ordered the food at 12:15 to pick it up at 1:15pm. I get there at 1:30pm. The food is not ready and i had to wait 15 minutes. The worse part is that i order 24 Honey BBQ chicken and when i open it, it was just fry chicken with bbq sause thrown on top. I have always ordered BBQ wings from KFC but this place gave me a bad order (just lets call it bad because i don't know what to call it)like it was just something thrown out there. I pay for an ordered that i always order from them and got that *&$^$^ type of food. I had to choice but to eat it and felt bad because my other family members had to eat it too. I had to improvised and add Honey BBQ sause to something which it was supposed to be done. And to add to that the wings were too dry. I have never giving a bad comment or 1 star to a place. This place didnt deserve not even a star at all. Very disappointed of the food today. I felt that, I wanted to go back and throw it back to him to fix it like it supposed...

If you order online, I'm pretty sure you don't know that YOUR DELIVERY PERSON IS THE PERSON WHO PREPARES YOUR DRINKS AT THIS KFC LOCATION! Your delivery person, a person who may not have access to a bathroom; who may not have access to running water and soap to remove throughout the day the dirt and grime of the street; who is exhausted from their line of work and may not prepare your drink in the best sanitary manner. I've witnessed delivery persons preparing the drinks for the orders they were picking up on a few occasions, but forgot about that when I ordered online for the first time. I am giving one star just because zero or minus 1 isn’t an option. I placed my order at 9:40pm and at 10:30pm it was canceled without an explanation. I then placed it again and called the restaurant but nobody picked up, so I called the customer service number and at 11pm finally somebody picked and guess what, she told me the second order was canceled too. Why? She didn’t know, of course. So here I am, almost 11:30pm, with no food and almost no other options because by now everyone is closed. I finally know what being hangry feels like and trust me, unless you like going to bed upset and having your night ruined, avoid KFC, at least this location. Oh well, on a positive note, I’ll look a lot leaner...
