KFC — Restaurant in New York

Today was an Unbelievable and horrible experience at this KFC I really wish someone higher up could have seen how I was just treated. I was the only person in line and decided what I wanted to order and cashier was trying to rush moving to fast, i handed her my money and when she repeated my order it was totally wrong I explained to her that was not correct and repeated my order to her, out of no where she got super nasty and talking under her breath then she says out loud it's my fault and still tried to give me the the wrong order and then says I and I quot "I all already have your money" now at that point that was it I was not going to stand there and let someone disrespect and insult me! I asked for my money back and told her there was no need to act like that! And to top it all off I believe she was the manager there just a miss know it all with zero communication and customer skills. I was actually embarrassed and would never go back there! this KFC is terrible. I don’t know what happened, it used to be so good. they always give me the wrong order, I want the drumsticks they didn’t give me any drumsticks on top of that. I asked for crispy chicken they gave me soggy cold slimy disgusting chicken that I wouldn’t even feed my dogs ever since new management. It’s terrible. They’re only nice to other Indians. They don’t know how to handle customers, their food is bad cold and gross. Food is "okay" now that a new manager took over. The one before always seemed pissed off and least bothered about his customers, not to mention the tables & chairs flooded with food droppings and soda stains. Now its at least not so noticeable.

But the reason this place is a 2 star is because this location seems to be a hub for random people coming up to you and asking for a dollar. Normally I wouldn't discriminate them, but seeing the same people asking for a money on a regular basis, just doesn't feel right. I'm pretty sure the guy recognized me too. A new guy I gave some change to, later seemed to be friend the other guy I mentioned.
