KFC — Restaurant in New York

KFC in general has fallen off to the point of no return but this place is the worst of the worst. A few years ago I ordered some food and it was so bad. My fiancée and I started getting the chicken from Popeyes and only getting the sides from KFC (mashed and Mac n cheese). Today I decided to give them another chance to redeem themselves which was a huge mistake. We ordered wings, a fill up box, chicken little meals and cookies. Let’s start at the beginning as I opened the bag I took everything out so that I can split between him and I. Took out the chicken littles and they were so messy! Looks like they slapped the sauce on the bread and then threw up mayo on it. So nasty. Next the fill up box. When I opened it up I notice there was one breast and one thigh. I only ordered one breast so what was the thigh for? Also I ordered the breast to be extra crispy and instead I got an original recipe breast with a crispy thigh. I started looking for the wings that my fiancée ordered and they were nowhere to be found. I guess they thought by giving me a $1.29 thigh it would make up for the $6.99 wings. Well thanks for the gesture but NO. Regardless of what went wrong the chicken tasted horrid. Last but not least the cookies. I ordered 12 for 5.99. McDonald’s cookies blows their cookies out of the box hands down!!! These are cookies you buy in a box in stop n shop. McDonald’s are freshly baked . A word of advice DO NOT EAT HERE ITS GROSS. IM DONE FOR SURE. Continue at your own risk...

I've updated my previous 3 star review to 5 stars after returning and seeing their updated renovations and having a great experience with their food and customer service.

I had just finished from a dentist appointment and wanted to pick some food up before walking home so I placed an in-app order (which thankfully KFC re-designed COMPLETELY and made 1000x better) and went inside to wait. One of the workers there offered me a free cup to get whatever drink I wanted while I waited which was super nice of her!

I enjoyed my drink while I waited (they now have a self-pour machine with the KFC exclusive Sweet Lightning Mountain Dew) and my food was ready in 10 minutes or so. Even after my long walk home, my food still tasted great. The chicken was crispy and cleaned well, the biscuits were moist, and the spicy chicken wings were flavorful. My only complaint is that I wish there was a spicy version of their regular fried chicken because I'veome to expect a crunchy and spicy chicken from a fast food restaurant after eating at Popeyes and Tex's Chicken & Burgers for many years. But other than that, I can't complain! I would definitely come back. I hope they keep up the...

Attention owners and administration.

The location was previously renovated. Looks very nice and welcoming how ever the work structure is the same.

The location has no air conditioning. It feels like a sauna in here. The staff look sweaty and dirty. I asked and they say it was reported and on Monday should be fix. With this heat wave people should not be working under these conditions.

The staff don’t look clean at all. Most of the staff has the uniforms dirty and let’s not talk about the manager. Her hair all puffy and frizzy with no protection. She is working around next the food. I look at the back and the chicken Trades look like it has never been wash. They touch this with their hands no gloves, touch money the system disgusting.

People finished their food and throw away the left over no one came to the tables to wiped them clean.

I order one kids meal it took for ever! The fries 🍟 and nuggets were so saggy wet in oil. Wow
