Bagel Bin — Restaurant in New York

I just came from here after buying a 1/2 dozen of plain bagels. As soon as I walked in I noticed that the dining area was packed (which is good) but as soon as I got to the counter to order (and said hello to I think is the owner's son) I was stuck waiting for a good five minutes before a visibly busy staff member ran around the counter to help me. Thankfully this batch is good but they have had horrible batches of bagels that I have previously ordered and the attitudes of the counter staff is really plummeting. I don't want to have to travel to get bagels but if this keeps up, I might be forced to. Hire or retrain the staff and work on quality...

Are you ppl kidding? This place was OK at best 10yrs ago but it is horrible now. The coffee taste like gunk so I decided to try the hot chocolate. How do you ruin hot chocolate? They figured it out. The bacon taste sour. The eggs and hash brown are both super greasy. The only fresh tasting products they carry are the drinks in the freezer and even still check the date. I've seen mostly old ppl buying from here so I'm guessing those are the ones praising the 3 buck breakfast special but trust me, it's not worth it. I figured maybe I got a bad order so I gave them a second chance. Nope. Save...

This place is awesome! The price for a meal here is inexpensive, you can get a bagel and cream cheese, two small coffees, a ham egg and cheese on a bagel, and a muffin for less that $10. The best part is that the meal tastes amazing. The only problem I have with eating here is that it isn't the most appealing place to have a meal. I wouldn't say that it is a dirty place but it is not visually pleasing. Most people who purchase a meal there take it TO GO.
