King's Chef — Restaurant in New York

i ordered food for delivery , i read my order from their menu and the gentleman speaks good english i ordered 2 orders of large shrimp with mixed vegetables $22.50 all in all now what i recieved is a lunch special . When i called i spoke with the same gentleman now he passed it to "his supervisor " asking me a lot of questions as a nurse i was busy and sometimes can't eat now spending my time answering questions, they have a copy of order and how much i paid. PAY AFTER YOU GET YOUR FOOD !!!!!!!! 0/0 CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE . Even if you’re loyal customer ! and order from them to the point they know your address when you call . one of the men there gets loud with you & wonder why people be throwing items at him or cursing him out . honestly this is probably my mistake in the way i ordered , but couldn’t even changed it nor did they handle it the right way . The Wings were horrible. Chewy & hairy. They don't clean the chicken. I asked for no vegetables in the orders except mine and all orders came with vegetables. Delivery took about 40 to 45 min as they said. But the food was not hot. The dumplings were disgusting. I had them steamed. The only thing we can say was good and directions was followed was the extra shrimp we ordered and the veggies I requested....
