King Wok — Restaurant in New York

On May 20, 2018 at approximately 20 to 30 minutes prior to the store closure time, I happened to purchase a small sweet and sour soup. Since it was a vegetarian soup I figured I can't go wrong with that option. After eating the soup I was forced to take off from work and head to Urgent Care. I am still heading to the bathroom and vomiting. I'm pretty sure their food might taste good based on some reviews and i am NOT doubting that claim. My only purpose in writing this review is for the store owner to read my review and ensure that he doesn't repeat the same cunning approach. They knew the soup was old and possibly expired . They just wanted to make their quick $3.45 transaction. As a store owner and a business professional we as customers expect you to be honest with the service you provide....

We had stop eating Chinese food until recently my friend recommended I try King Wok. OMG I wasn't disappointed. They may be a bit pricey some may think. You get what you pay for and I don't mind paying a bit more for good food and service. Good old style quality Chinese food possibly the best Chinese Food in New York. They make the best pork fried rice old style with the bean sprouts and scrambled egg etc. I have not had good Chinese food like this since the 80's The bbq ribs -perfect Hot and sour soup - good Chicken wings -good Egg roll -good Pork fried rice - perfect The delivery guy is a very nice gentleman very friendly food arrived on time hot and ready. I took my previous review from last year down complimenting the food and service that was short lived. Things just went downhill and they didn't seem to care. The food is not good They went from good to horrible Kept giving them a chance to redeem themselves and it only got worse. I didn't complain when my food was delivered with hair in it. Things happen. I continued to try them from time to time. Was really hoping things would get better It's only gotten worse The food is just plain disgusting now I won't be ordering anything ever again. I recommended a friend who spent over $60. She wanted to punch me in the face the food was so horrible. SMH sorry my bad Don't bother they fell way off Overpriced...
