La Bona Pizza & Pasta — Restaurant in New York

I’ve ordered pizza from here and when I do I have to remind them to make the pizza fresh because they give out the pizza they leave sitting out all day and by the time it gets to customers who order delivery it’s beyond stale . Then I ordered today told the guy to make them fresh and as always it comes to my house stale & not only stale but it has little dust particles in the box but the bottom of one of the slices have something that looks like gum stuck on the bottom. And when I called back to tell them they did not offer to give me my money back or even send new fresh slices , they told me to come into the restaurant like if I didn’t order for delivery & give tip !!!!!! My favorite Order out Pizza in my neighborhood. Even though it’s not “ walk down the block” I do not mind ordering delivery it’s packed great and still heated. My family loves it and their customer service especially tonight when I called to correct a order on my behalf. My Mom said “dang they must know you” (he doesn’t ) but he picked so friendly not once but BOTH times. I love good bonding customer service and they deliver in the best way always.

And another thing you can check out my photos but my man ordered the penne Alla vodka and it was the Al dente. AND he didn’t need to doctor it up lol and he’s a chef 😩 . I’m hype right now because it’s hard to find this...

They make AMAZING pizza. My favorite is the taco pizza. Today I wanted to try out a burger and here's my review. Honestly I am not that crazy about the burger....the meat didn't have a flavor beyond that of beef. Also the burger was very oily. I got the fires as well. The fries were very slim and sort of stale tasting, very oily as well.. On a positive note, the portion sizes are well worth the price of 7.50 for a burger. The burger is almost an inch thick.

Edit: Got the pineapple and pepperoni pizza the other day....
