China Sun — Restaurant in New York

The staff and delivery driver and very nasty and racist towards black people. Their delivery driver arrived to deliver my food and upon me going to meet him to pay for my order, he sped off without saying a word the moment he saw me. Their reasoning seems to be that their delivery driver goes around delivering food while fearing for his safety so apparently a black man wearing a hood in the rain and cash in his hand is enough for him to be scared and the for the restaurant to deny me their service. I visited the store in person and confronted the woman behind the counter and her only way to accommodate me was to take $2 off my $25 order. After a long travel from Pennsylvania, I stopped in to grab a quick bite. They were closing and made me feel very welcomed and even engaged in conversation.
