United Kitchen — Restaurant in New York

I went there to buy a lunch as I was really hungry, I don't used to eat out but I was really hungry, well my surprise was found a COCKROACH IN MY FOOD OH LORD, I'M 4 MONTHS PREGNANT AND AS SOON I SEE THAT COCKROACH I START TO VOMIT ALL I EAT TODAY AND YESTERDAY... I FEEL SO BAD I'M CRYING CAUSE I FEEL SO SICK AND GUILTY BECAUSE I EAT CHINESE FOOD INSTEAD OF WAIT TO EAT HOME, AND THEY JUST APOLOGIZE CAUSE THAT, AND THE WORST PART IS THAT THEY HAVE A A ON THE FROM... HOW...

We needed a new place to order Chinese take out, our other go to places must have changed chefs and the food has suffered significantly, tried these guys, I knew the owners that had this place in the 90's since gone, then this place sold mexican & Chinese food wasn't our desired flavors, now the food was very good and worth the cost, noodles were not greasy and the egg foo yound was...

The food is really great if you order it the way you want. They tend to overcook and burn everything....the Asian Lady is so so RUDE, her attitude is so so nasty .....She treats to as if she doesn't even want your business or money, she is an older Asian Lady, her husband is so polite and accommodating.

The bottom line...food is Great, but she is just horrible at dealing...
