La Fondita is a wonderful restaurant with the best Mexican food. I have visited numerous times, and each visit has been delightful. The food is genuinely delicious, and I have had the pleasure of trying various items like enchiladas with mole sauce, chilaquiles in green sauce, birria tacos, pambazos, and quesadillas.
I highly recommend trying one of their daily specials. These dishes change from time to time and provide a unique culinary experience with each visit. One of the specials I tried, Huauzontle, was one of the tastiest dishes I've ever had. Huauzontle is a long-stemmed green wrapped in a delicate batter and bathed in a delectable sauce – a rare find in most restaurants. I am so glad I ordered it. Other specialties I loved included chile relleno, chicken in mole sauce, pipian verde, stuffed jalapenos, and gorditas.
Even the standard menu items are excellent. The mole sauce is heavenly, and they serve fresh corn tortillas, which is not common in most restaurants. Additionally, their micheladas are outstanding, providing a refreshing accompaniment to your meal when you need something to drink.
Other than food, La Fondita offers a charming ambiance with great music playing. The portions are perfect, the prices are great, and the staff is super friendly. I am looking forward to...

However, the costumer service is terrible I live about 30 minutes from restaurant so delivery is not an option for me I called and place an order for pick up, after picking up my order arrive home to find out that I was missing one meal. I preceded to call and let them know the woman on the phone told me to let them know next time I order so they can give me the credit for the missing meal. A couple of days later I order and pick up my order. I arrived to the restaurant and proceeded to explain to the woman in the front that I was there to redeem my credit for a missing meal all is the sudden a woman in the back screams very rude “ just give it to him “ I asked woman why are you raising your voice as if I’m doing something wrong by asking for my credit, she reply I’m not taking to you I told her that instead of getting an apology from the restaurant I am been treated as if I’m trying to get a free meal I am not going back to...

Call ahead or stop by to check out their specials of the day, they are always random but will never leave you with the regret of trying something new.
