My daughter went here to get a Pedicure and this is what her big toe looks like first let me say they cut her toe up cutting her cuticle when she is only 13 they isn’t much cuticle to begin with she than put peroxide on it which wasn’t the bad part but because it was bleeding a lot she than put nail glue on the wound and said that will stop the bleeding as you can see in the picture how bad her big toe look and to top it off they didn’t even do a good job painting her toe nails will differently be going there tomorrow to get a refund on her pedicure that costed $25 for them to have my child toes looking like this I don’t recommend coming here and this will be the last time we come here The nail technicians need to be a little bit more gentle when it comes to cutting cuticles and stop rushing and take there time I’m paying you...

Absolute worse customer experience ever, I usually have Michelle do my nails and eyebrows and I've been seeing her over the last 7-8 years. From time to time Michelle would go on vacation back to her country for two months at a time and during those times I let other people do my eyebrows and nails. However today i went in and Michelle wasn't there but i needed to get my nails done and the old lady there told me they wouldn't do my nails and I should come back tomorrow when Michelle is here. I said "what do you mean?" She then said we are not doing your nails wait for Michelle. Everyone in the salon was looking at me like what the hell is going on. Needless to say that was embarrassing, but I will never spend my money...

Went to get my nails done today and the nails were trash!! The polish looked bumpy, not smooth. They did nothing for my cuticles all dry. The nail polish is on the outside of some of my cuticles, just not clean and professional looking. Then she had the audacity to pay herself on the back for mediocre work!! On top of not being friendly, the nail lady in fact told me "it's your fault" I got foil on my nails!! Who talks to customers like that? 1 🌟 is generous, zero would be more appropriate. My first and last time....will never return if they were the last nail salon on...
