First of all let me tell you that it’s not about the size. You’d think you’d come and it’s bigger so your expectations would be maybe the same or better. But NO! I HAD ORDERED THE CHURRASCO AND THAT MEAT WAS SPOILED IT STUNK SO BAD. I THOUGHT MAYBE IT WAS ME MY NOSE SO I PUT STEAK SAUCE, I PUT THE GARLIC MOJITO AND NOTHING TOOK AWAY FROM THE SMELL OR BAD TASTE OF SPOILED MEAT.. I COULDNT STOMACH THE SMELL IT WAS TRULY WAS SPOILED. I CANT BELIEVE THEY SERVE SPOILED FOOD! MY HUSBAND ORDERED MOJITO CHICKEN AND IT WAS HORRIBLE. I USUALLY GO TO CASTLEHILL AND CAUSE OF HAVING TO WAIT I SAID LETS TRY SABROSURA2. I WILL WAIT 2 HOURS FOR A SEAT ON CASTLEHILL THE FOOD IS WAY SAFER AND TASTIER. THE WAITER WAS SO NICE AND APOLOGETIC AND DID NOTICE THE MEAT WAS NOT FRESH. IM VERY DISAPPOINTED AND DISSATISFIED THAT I LEFT MY HOME TO GO OUT AND EAT SPOILED STEAK IM SO DISGUSTED WITH EATING OUT THANK YOU SABROSURA NUMERO 2 SMDH. THIS IS A HEALTH HAZZARD AND I DID TELL THE WAITER THAT IF MY CHILD GOT SICK FROM EATING THAT STEAK AND I HAD TO TAKE HIM OR MYSELF TO THE HOSPITAL IT WOULD BE BECAUSE OF THAT SPOILED STEAK, THAT HE AGREED WAS NOT FRESH AND THE COLOR WASNT RITE.. I ONLY GAVE ONE STAR AND THAT WAS FOR THE MOJITO SAUCE. BUT EVEN THAT GREAT SAUCE COULDNT SAVE THAT COW THAT WAS PROBABLY KILLED WEEKS AGO AND IS STILL BEING SERVED BY PEOPLE WHO DONT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE. BUT ONLY CARE ABOUT SAVING MONEY AND ALLOWING THEIR COOKS TO SERVE TAINTED SPOILED FOOD!! SOMEONE IS RESPONSIBLE MANAGMENT OR THE BOSS IS ONLY IN THIS FOR THE MONEY AND NOT THE PASSION! Since last year I've noticed their portions getting smaller and smaller and the quality has deteriorated quite a bit. This evening I go to buy my favorite dish with fried rice and it usually has sauce but lately they've been putting less and less. So I always ask for a little cup of extra sauce just in case. Tonight I order the same dish as I always do and I asked the guy for an extra sauce. He says we no longer provide the sauce you have to buy it and brings me a jar of the sauce. As of this evening they have lost a long time customer. They're getting cheap with their portions and their quality is no longer what it used to be. The fact that they would charge me extra for a whole jar of sauce which should have came with the dish was unacceptable. Read moreI just place an order from Sabrosura 2 the location on westchester ave by st.lawrence. As I have done many of times. Lately their delivery service has been a pain. At 1st they rarely picked up the phone. Then they started charging $2.99 extra for delivery. But now you are forced to download Door Dash app and place your order from there. So I did that and placed my usual order. BUT this time they messed up my order by not sending me my order of Tostones. I immediately called the restaurant and they bagan to put the blame on Door Dash saying that they tend to take some food from the bags at time and we need to contact Door Dash via their website. They didn’t even have a phone number for us to call them. They refused to make things right and send me my order of tostones. The gentleman in the phone was very rude and not trying to make the situation right at all. The final thing he said was that he will make the tostones but I need to go and pick it up.
