Have been a patron there for years. My favorite dish is there boneless ribs with bourbon sauce which is to die for. Since last year I've noticed their portions getting smaller and smaller and the quality has deteriorated quite a bit. This evening I go to buy my favorite dish with fried rice and it usually has sauce but lately they've been putting less and less. So I always ask for a little cup of extra sauce just in case. Tonight I order the same dish as I always do and I asked the guy for an extra sauce. He says we no longer provide the sauce you have to buy it and brings me a jar of the sauce. As of this evening they have lost a long time customer. They're getting cheap with their portions and their quality is no longer what it used to be. The fact that they would charge me extra for a whole jar of sauce which should have came with the dish was unacceptable. I understand times are hard and businesses are struggling but to do this to your clients is not something that I appreciate. As of tonight I will no longer be a customer. If you want to maintain a good clientele for many years you need to get your act together. Truly disappointed.😡
