The only good thing about this place? The food was decent. But everything else? Absolutely awful. First time here—and definitely the last!

WARNING: Check the prices before you order! We were scammed. They charge whatever they want and hide behind the excuse of “we recently changed prices.” That’s NOT an excuse! If you want returning customers, be upfront and honest about your prices.

We had a new waitress—she was very sweet, and honestly, I won’t even mention all the mistakes she made because I actually felt bad for her. It’s not her fault she has to work in a place like this! But the management? Completely unprofessional. The person in charge didn’t even have the decency to come out and face us—no apology, no explanation, nothing! They just sent her back to offer us two extra empanadas and a free flan, as if that would magically cover the difference between the menu prices and what we were charged. Absolutely insulting.

And to top it all off, when it was time to pay, they conveniently claimed their card machine “wasn’t working”—even though the waitress was using it to take orders! Our only options? Either Zelle them (which felt incredibly shady) or use their ATM, which charged over $3 just to withdraw cash. Seriously?!

We ended up paying just to leave, but I walked out furious, ripped off, and disgusted by the whole experience....

When we first started ordering from here the quality of food was really good. Now that we ordered after a couple of weeks the quality went downhill we ordered the bandeja paisa X2 there was no avocado they forgot it. Also we ordered 4 empanadas 2 cheese and 2 beef I only for 2 beef and 1 cheese missing one empanada. The cheese empanada tasted disgusting no flavor and extra greasy. The beef empanada had no beef just potato. Also the delivery guy was rude, sarcastic regarding the generous tip. I called them back regarding the empanada and they said we'll send it back to you 3 hours later no one showed up. I contacted grubhub and when they spoke to the restaurant they only issues $1.50 back to the card really!! I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS PLACE AGAIN!!! Excellent food and wonderful live mariachi singer. Fun Kareoke times. Service was friendly but could be more attentive; however, there was just one wait-staffer. We brought 7 adults, and only about that many others dribbled in throughout the evening. Please go there to keep it in business!

The mens room was out of order. I was allowed to use the womens room, which was very clean. Both restrooms were locked with "Out of Service" signs posted. Perhaps to keep walk-ins out "a la" Starbucks? Awkward for a pricey sit-down restaurant. Since a mother and tweener daughter went in before me, I had rather a long wait, about 10 minutes.
