UPDATE: Express DMV Service faked an email as "proof" using the WRONG email address, asking me to delete his review. I just confirmed with my insurance company that it is the WRONG email address and that they never received anything on that day at that time. I called them back, but they wanted to dismiss the issue now that it's taken care of (by myself). Absolutely absurd and unbelievable.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Absolutely no professionalism or respect towards customers. Unbelievably rude and irresponsible. Also does not keep records of submitting any documentation to insurance company. (So I had to call back and settle things with the insurance myself.) Has shady connections to driving schools (esp. Daesung [Big Star] Driving School) and cannot even relay the correct information to both parties.

This Express DMV Service place was supposed to submit some information to our insurance company, but they did not. So, I called Lee at Big Star Driving School (who introduced this place to us) to check with the Express DMV Service place to confirm first, yet they started playing the ping pong blame game. Express DMV Service's attitude was that 'they are not responsible for anything (receipt, proof of submission, etc.) because I was introduced through the Big Star Driving School; The driving school's attitude was 'check with Express DMV Service.' Neither side is responsible, competent, or respectful....

I called this office Monday afternoon to see if I could get license plates for my new purchased motorcycle and they said come over and they told me they would be able to process this transaction for 75+ DMVs normal fees. The only reason I considered this location was because the DMV was running limited in person transactions. I arrived at this location at 1pm way before the posted closing times and they said they are no longer taking customers after 12pm. 12PM?! Midday..? How do you guys make money.. I literally wasted my time with this office to think I was going to cost my self more money by using a 3rd party DMV source. In the end I went back to the actual DMV and dropped off my title and vehicle application .. and within 2 hours I checked the DMV site.. my transaction was completed and my motorcycle was registered. I wouldn't...

We went to this business on Saturday to renew the registration for my mom’s car. We were able to renew the registration, also get the name on the registration changed from my dad’s to my mom’s name, get new plates installed and turn in the old plates all in less than 30 minutes.
