I will Never go back !!! Today I ordered two orders of boneless chicken with rice and beans , small tostones and chicken soup $65.00! After patiently waiting 20 min just to order ... I waited another 30-40 minutes just to get my order because they messed it up . Then have the audacity to give me cold fried chicken that’s been sitting to on the side !!! The manager was rude and when i inquired why my order was so much he replied to me that I didn’t order the combo ! The gentlemen next to me ordered the same thing but received a small salad and 2 liter soda with his . The chicken , rice and beans were the same proportion so I was confused as to why mines cost more which is why I asked the manager who was serving me and took my order . Again he replied he ordered combo and I didn’t ! So I told manager just give me the soda as that was the only difference between the order other than me paying more for mines . Manager said he couldn’t because I didn’t order it that way . It’s one thing to have to wait ... then given attitude because I politely asked why so long for the order when people behind me had gotten there’s already and some ordered the same thing . The chicken was cold because they gave me an old order that was sitting on the side . Then overcharging by $8 -$10 because I was charged for the rice and beans separate because I didn’t order a combo! A almost made him wear the $65 order of food but decided noththin good would come of my actions even after I was treated so poorly , cheated out of money and when I asked for the little garlic for chicken I was told .50 !!!! The food was usually good but service poor ! I only kept going back for so many years because of the young lady there who is always so nice and pleasant to deal with . Everytime I stop in for some food she greets me with a smile and ask me where have I been if she hasn’t seen me for a while. I will make sure I stop in one last time to thank her for making it tolerable and let her know I will no longer eat from there !!!!
