Horrible Experience! My Girlfriend and I came into this store to order 2 sandwiches, When ordering we specifically said “Not Toasted” twice as we do in every other deli. After waiting 10 mins we get our food and it was toasted. My gf calmly says it wasn’t suppose to be toasted (even told him he can just change the bread to avoid having to remake it) and instead of the ock taking accountability or just owning up and saying he wasn’t paying attention he decides to state that she never said that and proceeded to take the food and drinks back and hand us our money.
