Read moreI had bad experience at the 133-40 79 Street Linden Center GNC store #06425 today. I wanted to return a can of protein powder shake, and the cashier Gina told me that she cannot process returns. She continued on to say that only her manager can process returns and he/she will not be in the store until tomorrow morning, and that there's was nothing more she could do.
I tried to call the corporate office for assistance and there was no option to assist in this situation.
Thankfully I noticed another GNC. employee that was able to help.
Then he ran into problems processing my return. Their return system requires a drivers license to proceed, which is something I do not feel comfortable having my drivers license number in any database that can be hacked, more so since NY licenses are connected to my social security number. Read moreI walked in on 2/23/2017 on Wednesday morning around 11.45 am n it was a very bad costumer service i have ever seen in GNC...I bought supplements from manhattan worth 290$ like 8 products n i dnt like 2 products. I live in queens so i went to exchange in queens store, so there was some guy working so he told me that he cannot exchange the products from manhattan store n he was soo rude.. so i called customer care n they told me that i can exchange in any store, so i kept my phone on talking to custome care n went to talk again, custome care talked to the guy who was in the store n told to read the policy properly.. After that he exchanged my product.. how can he work without knowing the policy .. very bad customer service n rude... il never go to that store to buy anything.. i am a pro member of gnc.. i will cancel my membership n its better to buy from...
