Lulu's Coffee Shop — Restaurant in New York

The food is good and it's real down to earth. There were 2 waitresses and the one that took my order was too laid back. She was really pretty but was too into herself. The other waitress was light skin and very attentive to my needs. Although she wasnt my waitress she asked if I'd like some orange juice and poured me a cup. The other was talking to some guy. I think her name was Lucy. She looked mexican. She needs to take some customer service classes and be more aware other the customers needs. First of all we order from this place about 7 times and usually overlook errors when they are made. Today, I ordered a Greek salad and instead of them letting me know they were out of the ingredients, they sent me a garden salad with some crumbled cheese on top. When I called to let them know they sent a garden salad instead, I was told they didn’t have the olives, picked peppers nor grape leaves. When I asked to speak to the owner I was placed on hold for about 5 minutes then was told to call back after 2 pm if o want to make a complaint. I'm giving Lulu's restaurant a 4 star rating. Because "The Food Is Delicious," however if you are looking for ambience, you will not find it here. I've been a customer at Lulu's for over 30+ years, the decor hasn't changed nor is the place clean or tidy & the establishment is in great need of upgrades and major repairs. Customers walk through the kitchen area to use the restroom, it isn't safe or sanitary and can be a health hazard.
