M & R Deli — Restaurant in New York

The Guy Thats in Charge carries a hateful soul. He has a very nasty attitude. Every single time I order something from there is always a different price. How can a sandwich that has an 7.99 price on it become 16 bucks by next week. He is robbing all his customers. N when u try to debate the prices tht man always talks over you n cuts u right of. He is nasty... n tells me anything and talks about the taxes on the food. It is to expensive. The White guy thats one of the cooks carries a very nasty attitude as well. Evry time he makes my food for some reason he purposely dont make it right. I dont know if its something personal but it never fails. The Best Cook if u ask me is the Spanish man. N the way they sit tht big chunk of beef on the counter out in the open. With the whole everybody that come in there uses the same utensils to grab the bread. Like Covid...

Every Tuesday & Thursday morning I buy one or two maybe three toasted sesame butter roll with a sm/lg coffee or tea. It saddens me when I don't go the other days because I can't get my butter rolls made to perfection in other delis; Nicely toasted and NOT soggy. They have a open brunch buffet and they do catering I'm assuming for different occasions. They also deliver and their customer service is very good especially the cooks. However there's several people that do complain about how much they charge and/or that they charge tax on top of it all. Well, in my opinion, we're being served good quality food, many if not all of their selling products are good quality so why not think of it as "You get what you pay for", right? Plus the owner is very nice, he can be a jokester and a reasonable...

The absolute most delicious steak sandwich you will ever eat in the Borough of the Bronx, right ingredients, always fresh bread delivered daily. I know the owner and workers all super nice people, right atmosphere, right everything. Everytime I go there I have to get 3 Philly cheesesteak sandwiches for me and my little ones, and there's always a line of people waiting for other delicious sandwiches they make there too.
