Maximus Roadside Towing — Local services in New York

First of all. Chris the tow truck driver deserves 10 stars. My car stopped running suddenly leaving me stranded. I called my AAA company which could not tow me because my car was too low because of lowering springs I have on my car and the driver didn't have blocks or ramps. I was told to call an independent tow service. And after calling about 6 different companies I got in touch with Maximus Towing. Chris showed up about 20- 30 minutes after I called and was a TRUE professional. Dude was cool and calm under pressure, because not only was my car not starting, but I couldn't put it in gear, and it needs to be in Neutral to be towed. Chris told me there's an override lever and showed me how to get to it which enabled me to put the car in neutral. Not only did he have blocks to put under my wheels, but he had race ramps which allows cars with lowered suspensions to safely and easily get up on a flatbed. He got me to my destination and safely lowered my car into a parking spot. I am truly grateful to Chris and Maximus Towing. I would recommend them to anybody needing a tow ESPECIALLY if you have a lowered car ( lowering springs, coilovers or air ride). Chris was up beat with good attitude and good energy and passionate about his job with professional and great woo ethic we need more people like him in that industry motivated and hard working earlier this day it took 3 hours to get a tow with a nasty worker I then called my warranty and they got me this provider along with a great worker we need more people like him and and kept his word when he said my ETA his response and arrival and faster than expected. The same way he takes care of this company hope ya take care of him in this type of job...
