Manor Superette & Bagels — Restaurant in New York

I just went there, and Before I order something I always ask the price, because this place is expensive, for Egg salad on a roll the guy behind the deli tell me $7.50 plus tax, then when I pay the Rude indian lady in the front she was trying to charge me $8.99, when point her mistake, she was mad at me, like is my fault, I did tell her to confirm the price with the guy. He did reply is $7.99(.49 cebt extra now,ok np), once again she was mad at me because I notice the price difference. But at the end she did charge me extra either way, when I pay with my Debit card,t is illegal in NY to add a extra fee if you pay with a debit card, the amount should be the same amount like paying with cash, unlees you pay with a Credit card then the fee can be apply. ans I will make a report on this issued. and everybody have to take a look on the receipt because it seem like is not the first time the change the price when you received your order and trying to pay, and differs from the price on the board. I ended paying almost $12 for a egg salad sandwich and small coffe. Then she was laughing when I was existing the place, because she knew she overcharged me on my debit card transaction. I know is just $2 extra, but just imagine if they stealing $1 or $2 on each client. They making a lot of money a day...

The worst place ever! They are bigot and bluntly racist! I was patronizing this store years ago and I kept a good image of the service that was friendly and welcoming. I decided to treat my co-workers with bagels a week ago and chose that store despite other stores being close to me and my job. The shorthand Latino cook ignored me, was dismissive, and rude to me when I ask to be attended to after standing at the order counter for a while. He raised his voice at me for not choosing the bagels at his pace. The men in charge of the register tried to attend to the White man behind me in the line when he could clearly see that I was first in the line. The White man was honest enough to signal that I was first. The man at the counter curtly attended to me, rudely pack the bags, and dishonestly kept my change when I was overwhelmed with emotions and the two bags to carry. Leaving the store, I understood that it has been too long since I patronized them and that I have overstayed my welcome. I have better ways to spend my money and I know better business people...

Bagels and breakfast is my thing! And i know the spots on staten island to eat. 24 hours open on holidays and a staple in the area. This is a REAL Bagel store.always friendly Anthony behind the counter ready to cook any sandwich you’re looking for. They also have hot food for lunch. A great beverage selection. And more self serve coffee bar then anyone needs. Now back to the bagels always hot and fresh when i get there around 730-8am daily. Huge selection. Also add a hash brown to your B.E.C.S.P.K on an Egg Everything Bagel. That was this morning. Some benefits about the place. They have a parking lot in front. They are connected to some other businesses. Also a great place to play lotto tickets, I’ve hit on some scratch-offs but im still waiting to hit the mega millions there. Get there early lines do form but they have a way of serving everyone quickly and not to much of a wait line. Let me know what you think after enjoying a bagel or sandwich at this...
