Ordered chicken parm hero and large pie. The sandwich was extremely soggy and stale. I called back the store and spoke to the owner who offered me a refund or a new sandwich. I was told that he doesn’t know what happened he sells a lot of sandwiches daily and the bread comes from Brooklyn. I asked for a refund I payed by my debit card , and was told they aren’t able to refund the card. I would have to come in the store for a refund. I had no choice in this situation but to have another sandwich delivered. The delivery driver asked for the sandwich back as per the owner, I found that very distastefulI , and very disappointing that I couldn’t receive a refund on my card without coming to the store. That’s ridiculous and insane !! The food isn’t worth for $43.46 Pizza has a plain funny aftertaste to the dough as well. Never...

I ordered from here for the first time last night for myself and a few other people. We got 2 plain cheese pies, baked ziti, a chicken parmigiana hero, and garlic knots because they were free from a promotion. Everything was so good. The baked ziti was so heavy, like the portion size was huge and I loved that. The right amount of sauce and cheesy goodness. The garlic knots were really good as well, not too much garlic, and not too little, just the right amount. And I’ve definitely had bad garlic knots before. Since this was our first time ordering, we got the plain cheese pizza which was pretty good, but now I’m just excited to try all the other different pies you guys have to offer because there were so many choices. Definitely worth a try if you haven’t had this place yet. Cant wait to order again and eventually...

I switched my review because I don’t want to destroy anyone’s business that’s not my intention. Ordered the first time using slice and they normally give you an option to add a free item. I added the free item a then I realized that it had a minimum for the item my mistake but nothing was said at delivery just said it wasn’t on the receipt. The second time just kind of sealed the deal for me. I ordered a pizza and soda combo. No soda came. And the guy showed me the receipt it wasn’t on there. Should have brought it to me regardless I always tip 5 dollars for less than a mile away but it’s okay village Maria...
