WISH I COULD GIVE NO STARS... DON'T ORDER FROM HERE

had ordered from here many times for home and at work but seemingly gets worse each time so NO STARS... I've recommended them many times to many people and even after getting pathetic ly cooked and flavored wings on numerous occasions (they're a wing place though right??) I still order because I enjoy their quesadillas and they are sometimes pretty quick. I'm a repeat customer who never has any problems besides the girl on the phone can never understand the address, bland wings and waiting times.but it's convenient and decent so why not order. I ordered last night and missed the delivery due to some cell service issues. the guy on the phone REFUSED to give his name (very professional right??) and said he wouldn't send the food back they were busy. that was fine but I still haven't received my refund. called for a new order and now they won't deliver at all. all of a sudden I'm too far. the man on the phone was rude, unprofessional ans couldn't give a legitimate answer. I will continue to let everyone I know not to order from here. there's so many alternative wing spots...

Phenominal customer service.

Ordered roughly $70 worth of food. The order arrived with everything disheveled and spilled. Called only with the intention of expressing how unhappy I was and spoke with the manager Aniello.

They went above and beyond what I expected, redoing my order with no questions asked free of charge while allowing us to keep the previous delivery. I called expecting to not be ordering again after being a frequent patron, but will absolutely continue to order from here after the exceptional customer service.

Received a perfect replacement order in under 30 minutes. I even offered to pay for the food that wasn't damaged and was told, "We just want to be sure you're happy with what you order from us." Food was delicious as always.

This place is horrible, they charged me for a delivery i did not receive first they didnt want to deliver to me which I explained in not even ten blocks away plus they delivered to me before then they finally sent the order which was like a hr wait totally forgot I ordered then when I called back they claimed the guy had came to my house but never did plus my order was a credit card purchase which they didn't return when I never received my food called back the next day to ask to have my funds returned the guy got real smart and didn't want to give his name he was at work the night I called which was a Friday night and when I called Saturday afternoon hope they read this and reprimand him I will never order from here again if u do prepare to wait or be spoke to nasty!!!...
