While they have told me they cannot guarantee me the certain risks involved when it comes to the cross-contamination of gluten, they are one of the most accommodating restaurants I have ever eaten at. I have a gluten allergy so I worry when I try to order from places that sells GF items. When asked to keep the cauliflower crust separated because it doesn't come with a tin like some of the gf crusts do, they have gone out of their way to cook it on a tray or foil while in the oven to keep it separate from the regular pizzas. The gluten free pizzas always come out super tasty, and I have not had any issues. Even their salads are some of the best I've had, they really take pride in their food by using the freshest ingredients. The cheeses they use in their salads are amazing and the meats in the antipasto salad practically melt in your mouth. Even my family enjoys their large pies. I hate giving a one star review because the food is great. I have eaten at Mario's a number of times and have ordered on slice 3 times the last couple of months. This past Saturday night I ordered my Favorite dish Chicken parm with Spaghetti with a side order of Garlic knots. The order came but Mario's forgot my garlic knots even know I was charged for it. I would have called to complain but I was in a rush to go shopping at Roosvelt Field. I know Saturday night is a busy night for restaurants but how does a restaurant not take a second to check the order before it goes out. I am sorry Mario's I love your food and pizza but you just lost a customer for not putting my garlic knots...

I ordered one regular pie three Sicilian slices. The delivery guy comes to my house leaves it at my door. I start serving the food to my family. We start eating it and my daughter. Oh daddy look at this Sicilian slice. All three Sicilian slice had cheese sliding completely coming off of it. There was also on both the regular pie and the Sicilian slices their was spice on it very hot. Had take 2 cups of water afterwards. I spoke with the owner David. I asked him for a refund. He told me flat out. No I give you a store credit to come back here and have more of my burnt pizza I was horrified. Please anybody out there. This is not a good place for...
