Pro: -drinks made in front of you -Instagramable drinks -different varieties of drinks and snacks

Con: -odd hours, opens at 9a (so can't grab an items for the average 9-5er) -there's only one worker making the drink and taking orders (yes there are other workers but in the background doing something else) -eventhough I asked for regular almond milk they uncharged me for "house made" -I wish I could say the drinks taste good but wasn't. My friend had an ice almond matcha latte and I had the berry special matcha, both tasted watered down, and the special was on the sour side. Not very palatable. -Be mindful they do tax for Commuter transportion

This made has great flavorful drinks and a delightful staff and I want to come here a lot because of it. Unfortunately, even after a prior correction in response to my earlier review, they still close for lunch at certain times which makes it challenging to be a patron.

The business is regularly closed during the early afternoon at inconsistent times, so when I try to come by, I have to wait or go back. For example, today I stopped by at 2:30 PM and the hand written sign on tape said closed until 3:00 PM. The employees deserve and are required to take lunch breaks, I’m just asking that lunch hours be posted back on Google so I’m not wasting my time. I love Matchaful so much. The drinks are so delicious and creative, always highlighting their beautiful matcha. My favorite is the Oishii berry which is the best strawberry matcha latte you could imagine. Everything in the store is so fresh and all of the ingredients are such high quality, you can tell they are not cutting any corners with their ingredients. The culinary lab location is especially fun because you can see into the kitchen where they craft up all of their delicious vegan baked goods, like their delightful doughnuts and overnight oats. The staff is always so kind, helpful, and ready to offer any suggestion or answer any question....
