This morning i ordered in the drive thru for my child, i was not greeted kindly at all, first she yelled and said what do you want to order!? i had to pause and take a deep breath so i don't lose my mind because of her misery, i said hi good morning.. i will like to use my code from my app, she then yelled at me " you have to tell me your food first!" again i took a deep breath because she is clearly way beneath my level, i said im not using a coupon only for points, she then calmed down and said okay what would you like to order, i ordered a chicken biscuit and she said okay second window. when i got to the window she passed me a bag of food, then took my card and handed me another bag of food and i didnt take it, i said that is not mine.. she looked confused and asked did i give you your bag already? i said yes.... did you charge me for two bundles? she said with a nasty attitude NO i know you have one bundle! ... i said so why are you handing me two bags of food.?! she is clearly confused and unprofessional. its so sad. i took my card and said have a great day be kind and she looked so mad. she must really hate her job. Read moreI went there to order small fries and a 6 piece nugget which should have amounted to 5/6 something instead it came to 8 something. I only realized to amount after getting my receipt. I then asked the cashier why 8 something for these two small items then she said that's what it is I said no could I just have my money back. She called her co-worker who was preparing someone's order and that co-worker is now explaining to her that she put large fries instead of small fries. Of course people make mistakes but if she had just called the supervisor/manager the minute I asked for a refund before they could even prepare the order. I would not have gotten upset. She finally called the manager and the manager still came and tried to give me a hard time. But I got my refund eventually and walked out because I was not about to pay for small fries and 6 piece nugget when Wendy's can give me a sandwich, 4 piece nuggets, fries and a drink for that same...
