I go to this mcdonalds every single day for the pass 6 years to get drinks only and mostly frappes. On June 2nd at 9:20am I order a large caramel frappe. Yesterday morning I order a large oreo frappe and I received a caramel frappe. Not what I ordered. I didn't have time to go back to mcdonalds. Today June 2nd I order a large caramel frappe an I complained that there was no oreos in frappe Yesterday. I try to tell the fat Spanish dark skin manager about it and he did not want to hear nothing. He was very ruded. As The fat Spanish dark skin manager was making the large caramel frappe today, i try to explain to him again and telling him the employee (slim dark skin guy with glasses) was making my frappe with oreos in it because yesterday had none. The fat dark skin spanish manager was very ruded and kept saying so what so what today is caramel frappe. He did not want to hear what happen yesterday.. Now I see why people argue and fight the employees at this location and ex employees come back and fight other employees. It is the disrespect from manager. I won't stop complaining about this in the community until something is done. My next step I want to speak to the district manager. It look very bad that the fat Spanish dark skin manager was very ruded and didn't want to hear nothing and the regular employee solve the issue. The regular employee deserves to be manager because he have more respect to the customers and solve issues. I seen the regular employee solve a issue with a different customer...
Read moreDined at this fine establishment with my wife a week ago and the meal ended absolutely horrendously. About 5 minutes after I ordered my Double Quarter Pounder® with Cheese, my wife turned to me and asked if I had ordered barbecue sauce. Now as a Honey Mustard connoisseur, I told her “Why would I do that when honey mustard is clearly the superior sauce?” My wife got visibly irritated, claiming I never “care about her opinion”, which in my opinion is just untrue! I can’t help if my opinion is just the correct one. Right as the lovely cashier Marcus called our order number, she stood up and walked out. In this moment it almost felt like I had to choose; my wife of 12 years who has been with me through every hardship I’ve faced, or my Double Quarter Pounder® with Cheese. Now I thought the best course of action would be to grab the food I paid for before chasing after her. When I ran out, my wife turned and saw the burger in my hand. Needless to say, she was not happy. Now here I am after a meeting with my wife and her lawyer, grabbing yet another Double Quarter Pounder® with Cheese. Marcus recognized me and gave me a hash brown on the house, so I highly recommend dining at this McDonalds as the staff really seems to care for...
Read moreToday I placed two orders via the McDonald’s app to the 840 Atlantic Ave restaurant in Brooklyn and both orders were not found in the restaurant and I wasted a good 30 minutes before the restaurant manager finally got off her phone with the regional manager about my situation (order not found) and only to tell me that I need to contact the Corp. and she said “the franchise has nothing to do with the corporate. you have to contact the Corp to get your money back”. I was surprised by that. Then I asked for the phone number to contact the corporate and she said “I don’t know. You have to Google it yourself”. If that’s the answer, why couldn’t she give me that in the first place so I don’t need to wait for 30 minutes? I can’t believe the orders just disappear even after their system gave me the order numbers. What a complete waste of time!!! Basically they have not customer service concept and very much disregard your time. I ordered via the app around 6:55 pm and went home empty handy at 8 pm. While this restaurant is happy to receive orders via the McDonald app, they have zero interest to help you with any issue. Now I need to Google the phone number so I can contact the McDonald Corp to get...
